2. Purpose and Scope of the Platform
E-Villas is a directory and intermediation platform that allows users to:
✔ Publish and consult ads for local businesses and services.
✔ Publish and search for job offers and demands.
✔ Buy, sell or exchange products between individuals.
✔ Connect with neighbors through the forum and collaborative spaces.
✔ Find and offer petsitting services and other community assistance.
✔ Access a calendar of local events.
🚫 E-Villas is not responsible for the veracity of the information published by users nor for the transactions made between them. We act only as a means of contact between individuals and businesses.
3. Registration and Use of the Platform
3.1. Registration Requirements
To post ads or contact other users on E-Villas, you must:
✔ Be over 18 years old.
✔ Create an account with a valid email address and provide truthful information.
✔ Comply with current regulations in Spain and the EU.
3.2. Account Security
🔹 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
🔹 Do not share your credentials with third parties.
🔹 If you detect unauthorized access, notify contacto@e-villas.es immediately.
4. Publication of Advertisements and Content
4.1. General Rules for Publishing Advertisements
By posting on E-Villas, the user guarantees that:
✔ The information is truthful, clear and accurate.
✔ It has a legitimate right to offer the products or services advertised.
✔ It does not violate third party rights, including trademarks or copyrights.
🚫 It is not allowed to publish content that:
❌ Is false, misleading or fraudulent.
❌ Contains offensive, defamatory or discriminatory language.
❌ Violates local laws, including the sale of prohibited products.
❌ Promotes illegal activities, such as the sale of unlicensed drugs.
E-Villas reserves the right to remove ads without notice if it believes they violate these rules.
5. User Responsibility
Users agree that E-Villas does not intervene in transactions and agreements between individuals or businesses. Each user is responsible for their interactions, including:
✔ Verifying the authenticity and conditions of products and services.
✔ Negotiating terms of purchase, sale or exchange directly with other users.
✔ Ensuring compliance with regulations in force for the type of service offered.
🚫 E-Villas is not responsible for:
❌ Problems in payments, shipments or quality of products/services.
❌ Economic losses derived from transactions between users.
❌ Non-fulfillment of private agreements between users.
6. Rules for Buying, Selling and Trading
🔹 Exchanges must be agreed by both parties without intervention of E-Villas.
🔹 Published articles must be in accordance with Spanish law.
🔹 🚫 Selling is not allowed:
- Counterfeit or stolen products.
- Weapons, drugs, non-prescription drugs, exotic animals.
- Any other item prohibited by law.
E-Villas reserves the right to remove suspicious advertisements without prior notice.
7. Use of the Forum and Collaborative Spaces
Users must maintain a respectful environment in the forums and discussions. 🚫 It is not tolerated:
❌ Insults, threats or harassment.
❌ Spam, unauthorized advertising or off-topic posts.
❌ Illegal, violent or discriminatory content.
8. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Modifications and Suspension of Service

✔ Suspend or close accounts that violate the rules of use.
✔ Temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements.
The modifications will become effective as soon as they are published on the platform.
10. Legal Liability and Dispute Resolution
🔹 E-Villas operates as an intermediary, with no responsibility in private transactions.
🔹 If a dispute arises between users, it shall be resolved between them.
🔹 Any dispute related to the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
